A little puppy was handed in to the lost and found at Dublin Airport today
THE STAFF OF Dublin Airport probably see a lot of interesting things in lost and found, but a puppy? That’s new.
This dog was handed in today after being discovered “in a blue plastic container” near Terminal 1. He’s a bit of a looker:
Tweeting from the Dublin Airport account, staff described the puppy as ‘playful, content, fit and healthy’ – and confirmed that they had called a veterinary nurse to look after him and given him a bit of grub.

As of around 5pm this evening, the puppy hadn’t been claimed by his owner, so staff are thinking about giving him a name. They have a couple of thoughts on it, but they want the public’s input, too:
They plan to rehome the dog if the owner does not emerge, so if you’re interested in adopting a little white puppy this Christmas, you know where to find him…
